Beverly L., age 84, of Maple Grove. Preceded by brothers: Harold and Doran Balck. Survived by children: Gerald (Claire), David and John (Tracy) Smith, grandchildren: Justin and Ryan Smith and Emmah Beardsley, great-granddaughter: Annabelle Beardsley, brothers: Donald (Julie) and Charles (Jill) Balck. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL 1918 University Ave. NE Thursday from 5 to 7 PM. Funeral service Friday at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery. Memorials preferred to American Diabetes Association.
