Founded in 1908 by the Kozlak family, the original funeral home was located next door in the current Jax building. Back in that time, the building served as a funeral home, furniture store & dance studio. In the 1930's, the chapel was built next door at its current location at Kozlak Funeral Home. As time went by, an addition was made to make the building what it is today. Nick Radulovich purchased the funeral home in 1978 and has been active ever since. Customs in NE are deeply rooted in Eastern European culture which has been an area of expertise for our staff ever since.

In 2000, Danielle Radulovich, Nick's youngest daughter, entered the business earning her degree in Marketing from Arizona State University & Mortuary Science from the University of Minnesota. She came on board full-time in 2003. Michelene Radulovich, Nick's wife, retired after teaching in Maple Grove for 36 years and is working closely with the Chapel Chummies group.

The staff of Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapels specialize in creating custom and unique celebrations for each family we serve. From traditional funerals, cremation and memorial services, pre-planning to custom memorial gifts, our talented directors take time to create a personalized way to celebrate a life. With our "Consider It Done Policy" in force, there is nothing we won't try to provide in order to meet the diverse needs or our community.
