Survived by children: Michael Jr. and Anna (Larry) Carlson, grandchildren: Jaime (Heath) Burris, Brea (Brian) Hawkes, Eric (Thuy Van Nguyen) Carlson and Ryan Carlson, great-grandchildren: Harlow, Cash and Finley. Katherine was a former co-owner of Michael’s Shoe’s. Special thanks to her caretakers, Kylie Morris, Chuck Bones, Jessica Reiss and Jessi Sterry and North Hospice for the loving and compassionate care she received. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL 1918 University Ave. NE Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM with Panachyda at 7 PM. Requiem Divine Liturgy at ST. CONSTANTINE UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH 515 University Ave. NE Thursday at 9:30 AM with visitation one-half hour prior. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Children’s Hospital.
