Age 58 of Ham Lake. Preceded in death by father, Gordon. Survived by beloved daughter, Olivia; mother, Marilyn; siblings, Cindy Cummins, Diane (Jim) Matthew & David Ellingboe; nieces & nephew, Jennifer, Erin & Sam; great-nieces & nephew. Becca, Annabelle & Joe; great-great-niece, Addilynn. Doug was employed with GE for nearly 30 years. He frequented Lowe’s, Menard’s, HOM Furniture & Costco to name a few! Doug took immaculate care of his yard & home, loved flannel & above all else, his daughter Olivia. A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) Tuesday at 3 PM with visitation one hour prior and reception to follow. Memorials preferred to the American Heart Association.
