LORIG, ADAM J.

Age 34, of Blaine. Preceded in death by sister, Christine; grandparents. Survived by wife, Kerri; children, Tristan and Emilia; parents, Jody and Diane; brother, Nick; sister, Heather; 4 nieces; 1 nephew.

Adam spent twelve years as a Sergeant in the Minnesota Army National Guard. He worked as an Aviation Mechanic, and served two tours in Iraq. Adam worked full time as a machinist and specialized in quality control. Adam spent his spare time on computer gaming. He also enjoyed playing the game Magic the Gathering, and collecting/building Legos, both hobbies he passed down to his son Tristan. Special activities with daughter Emilia were coloring and playing Hello Kitty bingo. Adam was also so intrigued by the Medieval and Renaissance times that he and Kerri were married at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival in 2010. Because of his love for the Festival, he chose to become a member of the MN Royal Guard, where he participated for 5 years. Through this group, Adam felt he had gained an extended family and an entire group of brothers.
