Obituary for Atallah Irani
Atallah Georges Irani, Age 77, of Little Canada, passed away peacefully, in his home, on July 6, 2021, surrounded by his family.
Atallah is preceded in death by parents, Gerges Irani and Rosa Rached Bejjani; brother, Raymond, and sister Sonia Garzuzi.
He is survived by wife, Fadwa Milad Irani; daughters Rose and Tia; brothers Joseph (Georgina) Irani, Antoine Irani, and Robert (Susan) Rani; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A longtime resident of Minnesota, Atallah was born and grew up in Araya, Lebanon and immigrated to the United States in 1974. He worked as an electronic technician at Audio King, and many electronic repair centers. He married Fadwa in 1992 and had two daughters, Rose and Tia.
Atallah was a generous, loving, and kind person whose bright blue eyes and rosy cheeks beamed whenever he smiled. He was a loyal person and lived life to its fullest through simple pleasures of being around his family and friends. His smile always lit up whenever he had company.
He will truly be missed.
Liturgy of Resurrection will take place Tuesday, July 13th, 11:00 am with visitation beginning at 9:00 am at St. Maron Maronite Catholic Church, 600 University Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis followed by a luncheon at Cedars Hall at St. Maron Church.
