I’ve had the great pleasure and fortune of knowing Bruce as a colleague and friend ever since he joined EFI. However, because I work in Australia I unfortunately never got to meet Bruce in person. We communicated may times per week via email and it was a given that he always provided not just the answers but the additional details and insight that set him apart. I tended to only call him when I was in a panic and he in return was always calm and collected. Thanks for everything. My thoughts are with your family and friends.

I had the privilege of working only a little bit with Bruce when he was filling in for Scott on customer support.. He was nice and kind with patience.. Heartfelt thanks to you.. May God give you eternal rest.. My prayers are with the family..

Bruce, your kindness and helpfulness will be terribly missed. It's been a pleasure and honor to have worked with you all these years. Also, appreciated your good sense of humor and tolerating us calling you "The Bruce" after watching Braveheart too many times. You will always be remembered as a great friend.
