Age 89, of NE Mpls peacefully passed away on Tuesday, April 4. Preceded in death by husband, George, parents Peter and Anne Cook, brother Peter Cook, sister MaryAnn Kostick. Survived by daughter Debra Campbell (Jim) and son Tim, four granddaughters, seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave NE) on Monday, April 10 from 4:30-7pm with Vigil Prayers (Parastas) at 5:30pm. Funeral Service at ST. MARY’S ORTHODOX CATHEDRAL (17th Ave NE & 5th Street) on Tuesday, April 11 at 10am with visitation one hour prior. Interment St. Mary’s Orthodox Cemetery.
