Atkinson, Francis J (Frank) Age 89 passed away peacefully on September 13, 2019 at Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN. Preceded by wife, Pearl of 64 years and infant daughter Rebecca. Survived by 11 children, 23 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Frank served in military branches of the Army and Air Force. A memorial will be held, next Spring in Wisconsin.
