Age 61 of Blaine, passed away August 22, 2019 after a courageous, brave battle with cancer which he faced with positivity & grace. Preceded in death by parents, Stanley & Amelia. Survived by wife, Linda; children, Jennifer (Nick) Johnson & Joe (Stephanie) Betley; grandson, Vincent Yurkew; sister, Rosanne Betley; many extended family & dear friends. Special thanks to the Manning family for their care & support during this time. A Celebration of Frank’s life will be held at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) on Saturday, August 31st from 1-5 PM with a Time of Sharing at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Quincy House (8025 Red Oak Dr., Mounds View, MN 55112) or online at quincyhouse.org/donate.
