Gerold E., “Jerry”, age 72, of Dayton, passed away from cancer peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on June 19th, 2019. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife: Janice, three daughters: Jessica (Kevin) Petersen, Jamie (Joe) McCalley and Janette (Kosal) Prum, six grandchildren: Jordyn, Ty, Kylie, Jaxson, Avery and Jonah, brother: John (Shirlee) Tobler and sister: Sharon (Jim) Johnson. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL 13745 Reimer Drive Monday from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral service at THE GROVE CHURCH, 8585 Rice Lake Road, Tuesday June 25th, at 1 PM. Interment Maple Knoll Cemetery.
