Age 63 of Blaine. Preceded in death by wife, Renelle; parents, Harlan & Beatrice. Survived by children, Ryan (Kristi), Chris (Kyla) & Trent (Stacey); grandchildren, Chace, Kennedy, Olivia, Noah & Drew; four sisters; other relatives & friends. Greg was a longtime mechanic and enjoyed classic cars. A Celebration of his life will be held at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 2-5 PM.

Our father died early last winter. We were at the funeral home talking with the funeral director and trying to decide if we should bury dads ashes or wait until spring. My daughter got up to use the restroom and the funeral director said well the ground isn't frozen so you could have a service now, or we can store the ashes until spring. Just then a toilet flushes and Greg points to the bathroom door and says..."or..." Ha! His humor was sometimes inappropriate but he made everyone who knew him laugh.

I remember one of his first great ideas was to go trick or treating a couple days early, so we would get even more candy! I might have been kinder garden age at that time, making him around seven years old. Of course, I thought it was a great idea too. We knock on a neighbor's door "Trick or Treat!" She says, Halloween isn't for a couple more nights kids. Greg tells her that we won't be home on Halloween so we were going early. I don't recall that she bought that...….
