Helen Rita age 102, lifelong resident of NE Minneapolis, passed away January 14, 2021. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leonard; siblings, Anthony Bandarek, Carl Bandarek, and Olga Rapacz; nephew, John Rapacz; and great-nephews, Matthew Rapacz and Matthew Rice. She is survived by nephews, David (Diane) Rapacz and James Bandarek; and by her niece, Carole (Reuben) Rice; and niece-in-law Mary Rapacz. Also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews, Michelle (Gregg) Bilz, Michael Rapacz, Bradley (Lindsey) Rapacz, Jennifer Rapacz, Rebecca (Len) Manning, James Rice, Sarah (Tim) McCain, Tony (Jess) Bandarek, Mary Bandarek; and many great-great nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Monday, January 25, 2021 at CHURCH OF ST. HEDWIG (129 29th Av. NE, Minneapolis, MN). Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.
