Age 37 of Buffalo, has found peace following a long, courageous battle with medical conditions stemming from juvenile diabetes. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert. She will be forever missed by loving companion, Matt; her beloved mother, Judith "Judy"; brother, Bob (Alisha) & nieces, Alexandra, Emma & Sidney; other relatives & friends. Jacleen enjoyed fishing, singing karaoke, meat raffles and being around family & friends.
Mass of Christian Burial at CHURCH OF ST. PAUL (1740 Bunker Lake Blvd. NE) on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
