Survived by sons, Jon and Kevin; siblings, John (Colleen) Hofstede, Catherine (Tom) Anderson and Richard (Dona) Hofstede; grandchildren, Matthew, Dan and Tom Walstead; great-grandchildren, Jamison, Josiah, Jasmyn and Josilyn; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
