Tigue, Kenneth A. age 83 of Fridley, NE Mpls and Cross Lake passed away March 4, 2021.Ken was a 1955 graduate of Minneapolis Edison High School. In 1958 he was united in marriage to Barbara (Peterson) Tigue. For almost 40 years he was employed by Northwestern Bell Telephone which became QWest starting out as a Cable Splicer and ending his career as a Construction Engineer. He loved spending time at the lake cabin where he was considered the Mayor of Hillcrest Heights. He enjoyed traveling and was a fan of the Minnesota Twins and the Minnesota Vikings. Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Thelma (Torgeson) Tigue and his sister, Sandy LeDoux. Survived by wife, Barbara; daughters, Kim (Matt Matteson) McLain and Kris (Craig) Johnson; granddaughters, Mollie McLain and Sarah (Chaz) Harrison; great-granddaughters, Sonny and Harlow Harrison; sisters, Donna Busch and Jackie (Jerry) Westberg; many nieces, nephews and friends.
