Obituary for Marlow Douglas Hanson

Marlow found peace on December 1, 2023, at the age of 89. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Jacquelyne; parents, David and Clara; and siblings Bernice, Orvis (Ann), David (Helen), Lorraine (Ray), Russ June), and Milt.
Survived by children Danielle (Mike), Bob (Lisa-Marie), Eric, Dan, and Jennifer; grandchildren Arielle (Adam), Maxwell (Francis), Joseph (Miranda), Anthony, Cole (Samantha), Trey, Abbie (Ryan), Matthew, Emily; and 4 great-grandchildren; Mila, Cora, Edie & Ava. He will be missed by his beloved sister Marcia (Curt) Stroman, Sister-in-law Charlotte Hanson, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

We will miss our proud Marine, devoted husband, father, fun-loving/memorable elementary school teacher, photographer, musician and craftsman who finished his beloved cabin.

A Celebration of His life will be at Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel, 1918 University Ave NE, Mpls., on Wednesday, December 13th, visitation starting at 10 AM with service at 12 PM. Lunch will be served directly afterwards. Interment at Sunset Memorial Cemetery at 2:30 PM.
