Thomas Herschbach
Age 76 of NE Minneapolis, passed away on April 16, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas G. and Beverly P. Herschbach. Survived by loving wife of 49 years, Jean; children, Tom, Sarah McGee (Douglas), Bryan; grandchildren, Cassidy, Cameryn, & Douglas.
Thomas grew up in Minneapolis and attended the University of St. Thomas and earned an MA & BA in Sociology & Education. He also studied Philosophy & Theology at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He taught faithfully for 27 years at NE Regional Catholic School. Following his teaching career, he worked at CSL Plasma Services until his retirement. He enjoyed visits to NYC to see his grandchildren, summer trips to Duluth, plus many other activities. He also loved playing with his dog, Galaxy.
He was a kind, caring, and gentle man who had the time for everyone. He was a devout Catholic family man who lived out his faith each & every day.
Visitation Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH FUNERAL CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) beginning at 4 PM and concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7 PM. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11AM at CHURCH OF THE HOLY CROSS (17th Ave. NE & University Ave.) with visitation one hour prior. Inurnment at St. Anthony Cemetery.
