Survived by wife, Jessica (Dandeneau); children: Christopher, Nash & Desiree; parents, Gale & Laurie Dawson; siblings: Kevin Dawson, Brian (Dianna) Dawson, Shanna (Chris) Beck; step-sister, Kelly (Don) Snell; nieces & nephews: Ariannah, Jaide, Marisa, Shawn, Jackson & Braden; aunt, Linda (Bill) Beck; uncle, Steve Miller; other aunts, uncles, extended family & friends. Derek lived for his family, especially his children. His quirky sense of humor will be missed. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) Tuesday at 6 PM with visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred.
