Obituary for Bert Everett Wilson

WILSON, BERT E.
Age 73 of East Bethel, formerly of NE Mpls., passed away on December 20, 2014. Preceded in death by parents; one brother; four sisters. Survived by wife, Katherine; son, Steven; daughter, Lonna (Bruce) Walberg; brother, Gary (Janet) Wilson; sister, Lane Nelson; several nieces, nephews, friends & neighbors. Attended Edison High School, Dunwoody Institute and the University of MN. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam. Retired from 3M Company (Maplewood) after 32 years in 2001. He was in Copying products, Magnetic audio/video division and Industrial Chemicals. While at 3M, he acquired his Electrical Engineering degree. Bert enjoyed biking, fishing, bowling, watching sports, gardening and time spent with family. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
