Family TIme
My Stepdad, Dave, always had time for family. He loved having family get togethers at his house, especially with all his kids and grandkids. He loved watching us all grow and be successful at whatever we were doing at that time. It made him so happy to see us all happy.
When I was 9 and 10 years old, I loved watching "Are You Afraid of the Dark" on Nickelodeon, but I always got scared and jumpy, so I asked Dave if he could watch it with me one of the times, and he happily sat down and watched it with me. After that, every Friday we were together he would sit down and watch it with me so I didn't have to be scared all by myself.
I love you Dave! You were always there when I needed you, and I'll never forget that and I'll always be grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you!!
You will forever be in our hearts Grandpa!!
