Survived by children: Justine (Ryan) Rockers, Jennae (Mike) Luoma and Dennis (Delinda) Smith, grandchildren: Patrick, Gabrielle, Isabelle and Lauren, brother: Craig (Michelle) Smith and loving companion: Sandi Heroux. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL 1918 University Ave. NE Thursday from 5 to 7 PM with Memorial Service at 7 PM. Family prefers memorials.
