TOMAS, JOSEPH A. (Tomaszewski)
Age 76 of Columbia Heights. Preceded in death by parents: Joseph & Eleanor. Survived by wife of 51 years, Helen; children: Christopher (Kelly), David (Traci) & Joy (Joe) Johnson; grandchildren: Ryan, Megan, Molly, Anna, Joe & Jenny; brothers: Gene (Nicole) & Fred (Diane); brother-in-law, Dan (Evelyn) Majkrzak; nieces, nephews & other relatives. Joe worked in the transportation industry for 55 years and was a founding member of the Jolly Brothers Polka Band & the Joe Tomaszewski’s Polish Show Band. Visitations at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) Sunday from 4-7 PM with Rosary at 5 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at CHURCH OF THE HOLY CROSS (17th Ave. NE & University Ave.) Monday at 10:30 AM with visitation one hour prior. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
