Obituary for Mary Alueria Humnick

Humnick, Mary A., age 103, of NE Mpls and St. Anthony Village, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Mike; daughter, Jean Wrobel; grandson, Daniel Keefe and many other very special family and friends. Survived by daughters, Betty Keefe, Doris (Burton) Grimes, Sharon Gageby; son-in-law, Paul Wrobel; grandchildren, Linda Pardo, Michael Keefe, Cindy Theis, Sue Johnson, Tom Theis, Patrick Keefe, Brian Keefe, Mark Theis, Jennifer Joa, Kevin Keefe, Julie Johnson; 18 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Family was "Gramma Mary's" joy as well as, the MN Twins, crocheting, fishing, playing cards, baking and socializing. She was proud of her 25 years as an employee in the offices of Northrup King. A heartfelt thank you to her good friend, Verna, and the loving and caring staff from Catholic Eldercare. Thank you also for the support of North Memorial Hospice. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE.) Monday from 5-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial at STS. CYRIL & METHODIUS CATHOLIC CHURCH (1315 2nd St. NE.) Tuesday at 11am with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Catholic Eldercare (817 Main St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413).
