The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rick Hanson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dearest Nancy, and family,
It saddens me to hear of this news. I have been thinking lately of all the great times my kids and I had , living next door to you guys, and all the cleaning parties Nancy and I had ... we sat on those stairs so many times , music just blaring. It was a godsend that Rick was put in your life Nancy . I remember when you guys met , at work, ( yes we all worked in the same building ! ) I am so glad you had so many wonderful years together, and raised a loving warm family . What a great guy, he will really be missed. Even though my kids and I lost touch for a while from you guys for a short time, thank goodness we were able to reunite, and visit. Every night I include you and your family in my prayers.. Peace dear freind.. and know that he is in a much better place.. and really is in Terrific hands ! RIP Mr Hanson !
