Obituary for Amy Louise Reusse (Rabe)

Amy Louise Reusse (Rabe)
Amy Louise Rabe Reusse, age 46 of St. Bonifacius, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 16, 2019 when she was called home to be with Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior. We have peace in knowing that she was reunited with her brother, Jon who was waiting to greet her.

Amy was born on July 31, 1972 to Bill and Betty Ann Rabe. She was the 5th child of 8 children. She was proud to say that she was the “oldest of the youngest” in the large Rabe family!

She grew up in Rosemount/Apple Valley living on Farquhar Lake. She enjoyed spending her time with friends and family. She loved cruising around the neighborhood on her orange moped!

Amy graduated from Rosemount High School in 1990 and was named “Class Clown” by the graduating class!

Amy attended St Cloud State University majoring in business. She worked for several companies where she met and retained wonderful friendships during her lifetime.

The most important thing in Amy’s life was being part of the “Rabe” family. She enjoyed every moment and memory that was made with each person.

Amy loved making friends and made them very easily. She enjoyed maintaining each relationship throughout her life! She so enjoyed her fun adventures and special girl’s weekends throughout the years.

Amy had a wonderfully creative side and loved to decorate and put time and thought into designing unique special gifts for people she loved.

Amy enjoyed spending time with all the children that came into her life, she loved to make them laugh and always tried to teach them something. She created very special bonds with all of them.

Amy was so thrilled to have Maddie come into her life when she married Mike. She absolutely loved helping to raise her. Everyone who knew Amy, knew how proud she was of Maddie.

Amy was known for her story telling and making people laugh. You knew if you were going to spend time with her that you would have a smile on your face.

During her 46 years, Amy lived a life that was full of faith, prayer, family and laughter.
